Parents should always encourage their children to involve in some games that they are interested in. this will bring a competition mood in them. Sports are good for mental and physical energy. This will help youngsters to build self esteem and confidence.

It will help to build good immune system. Sport will make your child more disciplined. Sports help to refresh ones mind and body. Individual sport is different from team sport. Individual sport focuses more on personal growth of an individual. This will provide a unique personal development and it is completely away form the idea of team work. Team sports are responsible for learning techniques and working very hard in a team to improve.

This is not necessary with individual sports. Success is based up on an individual and also the failure. Training is much more about physical development. In team sport the competition depends up on age. This will help to develop skills. It is very easy to play in team if you are playing sports like basket ball, base ball, volley ball and foot ball. Some of the individual sports don’t require any type of team. With individual sport you will get a chance to spend time with your child.

Swimming, horse back riding, rock climbing are good sports for adult as well as children. Team sport will develop team work between the children. This will help to develop a network between friends. In a team there would be a captain and his main job is to provide morale and to lead the team with confidence.

If you are playing in a team you are been given particular training for that. Individual performance is like that he has to perform alone. Team sports are good for athletes to improve their sportsmanship.
